usually stress stops people from having a go at things they want to accomplish, it also makes them feel very unhealthy, sometimes keeps them awake at night, can cause them to be frequently aggressive and makes relationships incredibly hard to keep up with/maintain.

when people get rid of stress they feel a great weight is lifted off their shoulders, they become a lot more relaxed and easier to talk to, they feel a lot better about themselves and this makes goals seem more accomplishable, they feel more healthy and sleep better at night, but most importantly they are usually a lot happier.
