He/She can't just get rid of bulimia, he/she has to overcome it. He/she needs to talk to their doctor so they can get a good therapist and a nutritionist to help them overcome this. He/she also needs a good support system (family, friends etc.) but first he/she needs to realize that something is wrong and want to get better. If you or someone you know is suffering from bulimia talk to your doctor to get the proper treatment. Trying to solve this problem alone will not work.

There is nothing called a "heshe" so either you mean a transgender person, and then if born a woman and have not removed the reproductive organs they can get pregnant, or you mean someone born Hermaphrodite and have parts of both genitalia. Hermaphrodites are all different so some can get pregnant and others can not. It depends on how much they have of the female reproductive organs and genitalia.
