Now, in 70, the LT-1 motor had 360hp., however, they did make a 300hp., version. Handsn down, the 94, is a smoother, faster car. Simply by technology. The LT-1, of 1970, was a monster. It was probably the fastest, most common motor, other than the rare L-88, 427. In fact, I saw many LT-1's, beat the Hemi's, from Dodge. But the technology of the 94, makes it a better car. The C-3, "pop bottle" corvettes of 70, really left a lot to be desired, and were not real popular. They were nose heavy, and did not cornern as well as the C-2, Stingray's.
