How does the Disney channel actors or actresses get on there.on Disney channel?

Well, Disney Channel holds up a "Casting Call" looking for people to
audition for small or big roles. Disney usually produce Four or Five new TV shows every year and sometimes can't find somebody who could play a lead role or a recurring role. To find out if they are holding a Casting Call they would have an ad on the TV to get people to audtion. To become a Disney Singer you could create a song about things that inspires you, afterwards you can record yourself and if possible make a Music Video. Send a copy of you singing your song to Disney and perhaps they would give you some feedback if they think you are talented enough to work with the Disney Channel Production. Sometimes ( If your lucky ) they might call you back for another role or a singing gig. I hope this has helped!
