The Hyundai i30 is a hatchback aimed at families. It is available in either petrol or diesel, however, the 1.8 litre petrol engine has been described as being a bit underpowered especially when the car has several passengers. The diesel is better, especially in the automatic model. It is cheaper than other options such as the Audi A3, but the specs are low on the basic model.
