The animal provides humans with food. WIthout them we would have no meat. Animals also help the ecosystem stay balanced. If you've ever watched The Lion King and paied attention to Mufassah (i think that's spelt wrong) you would understand that some animals eat plants and some eat other animals. when animals do their buisness they return nutruents that the plants use to grow. they also return these nuturents when they die and degrade.
