yes there is a great saying of adult people to there youngsters " don't speak while you are eating" . there are three phases in swallowing of which the two are away from voluntary control. after the food is chewed and mixed with saliva it will be forced to pass to the pharynx this is under speck control. but after the bolus is gone out from the oral cavity it will be under involuntarily control. here is the process when the bolus enforced to by pass the oral cavity the oft pallet will close the naso-parynx so no food particle will pass to the nasal cavity. then when the bolus enters the pharynx reflex will initiate pharyngeal muscle contraction so pulling te pharynx up ward together with the larynx by this time the epiglotis will tilte to close the laryngeal opening keeping safe the respiratory tract. there is also adduction of vocal fold to assist further closure of the laryngel opening. by this time respiration is reflexly inhibited. then the bolus will pushed by pharyngeal muscles contraction and it will get in to the oesophagus where persitalsis of this organ pushs it to the stomach. but what if we talk during eating we will disturb this physiolotgy in such a way that it may fail to keep the food particles from getting to the respiratory tract there by ther will be sneezing and some times pnemonia. during talking 1 we will inhale air so the feed particles will pass together with air to the larynx since the epiglotis will be tilted up to allow the passage of air 2 to talk we need to produce sound and for sound production there is a need of vocal fold viberation and abduction so food particles will gain acess to get in to the respiratopry system. so pklease don't talk while you are eating finish your food and talk later on.

In most cases no you cannot choke when you laugh, but some people who laugh and gasp in too much oxygen can hyperventilate. If a person is eating and starts to laugh is the time they could choke on a piece of food.
If you talk or laugh while eating since your talking or laughing your trachea opens so that you can make sound and if you swallow something it will go down your trachea and you will choke.
you would choke and die. The food you eat would enter the wrong passageway, through the bronchiole tubes and not the esophagus. Causing death.

Well, it depends on what they're doing. They will behave when they want to, but you can't control them entirely. Threats won't really work, and if this is a 'fake' question, well, i hope you had a good laugh.
He who laughs first, laughs lastWhen someone is quick to laugh at you for your mistake or failure, will somewhere down the road have something happen to them to where they will be the last to laugh when it pertains to them. from chatpat13
