How does the west feel about Muslim brotherhood?

Most Westerners do not really have an opinion on the Muslim Brotherhood. Those who aware of what happened in Egypt in 2012, when the Muslim Brotherhood took over Egypt and tried to impose Islamic Law rather than make important changes to improve the economy, have a rather negative view of the Brotherhood. Those who know that Hamas is the Palestinian branch of the Muslim Brotherhood and that the Muslim Brotherhood is trying to equate criticism of Islam with bigotry against Muslims as people have an increased level of revulsion towards the organization. However, there are Westerners who support the Muslim Brotherhood seeing them as "Moderate Islamists", even though none of their political positions are actually moderate.

Was malcom x Muslim?

Malcolm X, initially was part of Nation of Islam. Nation of Islam, though declares themselves to be a part of Islam, in fact are not. Nation of Islam is against the principles of Islam and the followers of them, cannot be termed as Muslim. However, Malcolm X, later converted himself into a Sunni Muslim. Muslim community is largely and importantly is believed to be divided into two communities - namely, Sunni and Shiite (Shia) sects. Nation of Islam is definitely not a category of Islam. They have borrowed certain elements from it, but cannot be termed as a Islamic religion. Whereas, Malcolm X, did died as a Sunni Muslim, so you can term him as a Muslim, only on the condition that he believed in the principles of Islam and of Sunni sect.

What principles of radical Islam led to the twin tower attacks?

Your question is an ideal one. before i answer it i would like to tell you, that as a Muslim i find it slightly offensive that people (not you in particular) immediately pair the word 'radical' with 'Islam'. i am a Muslim and i assure you not radical in any way. you must understand, Islam reinforces peace above all else, one of the most important events in our history was a treaty called the treaty of hudaybiyah, it was a PEACE treaty. anybody who insists on killing innocent people for no reason whatsoever can no longer be called Muslim because they have commited murder, and a Muslim does not murder. so your question of the 'principles' of radical Islam, does not exist. Islam is not radical and thus there is no such thing as a 'radical Islam' because then it wouldn't be Islam, it would be radical. make up your mind because it cant be both. so to answer your question, there is no radical Islam. -this answer is my opinion as a Muslim.
