The pig has it's most drastic growth in the third trimester. From day 56 to day 100 it grows from 40mm to 220mm. The third trimester begins at 76 days. From Day 100 to day 114 the pig grows another 80mm. This is the time it is born. Human growth stays at an almost constant rate throughout development. In the third trimester the baby begins at about 250mm. The child then grows at a constant rate. At 252 days the child is 340mm. This is around the time of birth.
