Its ok during the first trimester where growth and development of brain is very important.
No. It's only at 6 weeks that the uterus is big enough to push out of the pelvis. What you are experiencing is bloating from extra water retention caused by pregnancy hormones
You could be farther along. It could be more than one baby. Your baby could be in an ackward position, or streching out. You could be carrying high. If this is not your first pregnancy your uterus could be expanding quicker.
Women do not begin "showing" a pregnancy at 6 weeks. At that point, your uterus is still in your pelvis.
A normal pregnancy is 40 weeks
6weeks
Yes you can. I have had 2 normal pregnancies that were conceived naturally and carried to term (38 weeks and 39 weeks 4 days) without any complications.
The process of the uterus returning to its normal size after childbirth is called puerperium. During this time, the uterus gradually contracts and sheds the excess tissue that was needed to support the pregnancy. This process typically takes about 6 weeks after delivery.
At 13 weeks your uterus can be felt right above the pelvic bone, at 20 weeks your uterus can be felt at your belly button. A multiple pregnancy (twins, etc) will cause more rapid growth of the uterus.
Your doctor probably said 35 centimetres. This is a measurement from the top of the pubic bone to the top of the uterus. The measurement in centimetres usually corresponds to your pregnancy in weeks (after about 20 weeks) and gives an indication of how the baby is growing. It sounds as though your baby is growing well.
physicians normally guage a pregnancy in terms of weeks, 40 weeks. What 40 weeks means is from the day of your LMP (last menstrual period). 40 weeks: 40weeks * 7days/week = 280days for a normal pregnancy
According to my OB, he said with each pregnancy you show faster because your uterus is bigger after each child.
It is not normal to bleed during pregnancy.
