Really, there's not much offered in a high school system that will help you get on that career path other than health. A psychology course may be helpful, and many high schools have volunteer programs with elementary schools, which would give you valuable experience with young children, but the best thing a high schooler can do to help themselves with this is to make sure you get into the best college you can.
