The machines are used, normally with any material that needs to be slotted, have channels, teeth cutting for gears for example, block and trim to size, cut rebates scotia shapes, bevels in fact a massive range of uses. The miller acts like a router in a wood machine shop (both based on each others requirements). Materials used for machining are normal metals however, plastics and softer materials can be used. machine are available in manual and cnc versions
