Proteins are made using DNA. DNA is stored in nucleus
A ribosome is a biological molecule made of ribonucleic acid (RNA) and proteins (ribosomal proteins). A ribosome is made of two pieces (subunits) and is the organelle that is involved in protein synthesis.
Part of the DNA molecule (gene) is transcribed into an RNA molecule that exits through the pores in Penis the nucleus. Once the RNA reaches the ribosome in the cytoplasm it translates into a protein.
Ribosomes are made up of Proteins and RNA.
Some of the things inside the nucleus where proteins are made are ribosomes, nucleoplasm, and nuclear pore.

Why is this a problem if proteins are made in the ribosomes and how does the nucleus solve it
Proteins are made in the ribosomes when the mRNA strand from the nucleus is matched with the anti codon tRNA strand.
Protein is made in the ribosome.
Basically, mRNA carries a message away from the nucleus. The nucleus says hey, we need these proteins made, and mRNA is made by using RNA polymerase to copy the information on DNA. That mRNA then moves out of the nucleus to a ribosome, where rRNA and tRNA will interact with the mRNA, eventually resulting in the production of a fully functional protein.
In the Ribosome
Ribosome= worker. Factory workers translate instructions from headquarters (nucleus) into products. In an analogous fashion, ribosomes are the site where messenger RNA is translated into proteins.
Ribosomes are made in Nucleolus and their like workers. Nucleus is like boss. They give DNA to Ribosomes to build proteins. DNA is like instructor.
Ribosome assembly and the transcription and modification of rRNA occurs in the nucleolus. The nucleolus is made up of proteins and RNA.
It has two sububits. They are made up of proteins and rRNA

Ribosomes are synthesized in the nucleolus by combining rRNA which is made there and ribosomal proteins that are synthesized in the cytoplasm and are imported into the nucleus. The ribosome is exported out of the nucleus and into the cytoplasm or are deposited on the rough ER. Ribosomes do not become fully active until they leave the nucleus.
