Yes. Think about a yorkie which weighs 2-4 pound and a great dane which weighs 150-250 pounds. Which bark could be higher pitched? the yorkie

∙ 14y agoMy grandma's large, large lab has a very deep, intimidating bark.
Our westie has a medium bark, that resonates through the piano.
Our pomerianian has a rediculous, sweet and funny high pitched bark (that is incredibly annoying).
In conclusion, probably, as the dog is larger the vocal chords are bigger and therefore the pitch is lower (a large wavelength vibration).
