Well first of all we all know the Articles of Confederation failed. So I guess it could mean that too many people were involved in writing it and too many ideas/opinions tried to be put into it. If too many cooks were involved in cooking something then the food could come out with too many different flavors and just be confusing. Simalarly too many things were put into the articles of confederation to make people happy instead of to make the new country function properly and in the end it was just to convoluted and weak to work.
