Before you can truly be successful with your fitness program, you must believe with all our heart that fitness can work for you just like it's worked for others. Sadly, many people fail in their mind before they even give fitness a good try. They doubt themselves and they doubt the process. A negative attitude leaves room for excuses, and ultimately failure. This doesn't mean you have to be super motivated and excited to workout every single time you go to the gym. You are allowed to dread it at times - you just have to have a positive outlook on your investment. You need to recognize that all your efforts WILL pay off. So, even if you struggle to "want" to workout, you can leave the gym happy and proud because you are investing in a new improved you.

if you smoke it can harm your staimina, if you drink

alcohol you will be a diuretic, which means it makes your kidney produce more urine, drinking too much of it can lead to dehydration
