∙ 12y agoyou can definitly by marijuana in Michigan without card, go to nearest highschool or colledge and avoid police. just the same every where else, but to buy it legally, you do need card, just go to an unsuccessful doctor or a "cool" doctor and pay up. YOU CAN EVEN GET ONE FOR A SPRAIN IF ENOUGH MONEY;)
