There are certainly plenty advantages to regular activity (cardiovascular health, self image improvement, sexual health, increase insulin sensitivity, overall energy, injury prevention...just to name a few)
but many problems can arise with sudden and marked increases in training.
if you typically exercise twice a week for 30 minutes and suddenly start running 4 miles a day and lifting 5 times a week for 2 hours a time - your body is not going to be able to adapt at a fast enough rate and bad things can happen.
this is called overtraining and can cause long term problems.
muscle fatigue and injury, metabolic problems with hormone levels, and eventually cognitive problems (thinking clearly). genetics can play a role in how much is too much but nutrition and varying muscle groups is nearly as important. when you exercise you burn energy - energy that you body needs to repair, rebuild and retain normal functions and tissues. so a balance of carbs, proteins and fats is essential.
all this can be caused by sudden and dramatic increases in activity, poor technique, poor nutrition, poor exercise program, not enough rest/sleep, not enough fluid intake, or past medical problems (COPD, CHF, Addisons, Prior injuries, Asthma....)
Yes, and no.
Exercise falls into two major groups: lifting and cardio.
Lifting- When you work your muscles to the point of muscle failure, you need to give that tired muscle group around 24-48 hours of as much rest as possible for it to rebuild itself, stronger than before!
Cardio- It's good to do cardio exercises, ie running, biking, swimming, and rowing, maybe 4-7 days a week. But this depends on what your goals are. Do you just want to be casually active? 3 days a week is good for you. Want to feel really great? Go for 6 days a week. But you have to keep in mind that you should rotate the kinds of exercises you do - but no more than 3 or 4 days of the same kind of exercise per week. It will hurt your body than it will do good in terms of joint pains, injuries, etc.
I hope that made sense.
During exercise our muscles move faster than normal rate for which they require more oxygen to respire and so the blood have to move fast for supplying extra oxygen demand which ultimately make heart more exhort and this can lead to many problems like Haemohrrage i.e. bursting of blood vessels generally of brain and other problems
secondally when the oxygen supply did not match the demand a acid knwon as lactic acid form due to partial or anoxygenic respiration in muscles whcih can lead to even death
yes think if you were on a treadmill and you tripped you might break a bone
Also When you over constrain your muscles and don't let them recuperate or you sweat enough so your body runs low on water.
According to the studies of Dr. James O'Keefe and his collegues of Saint Lukes Hospital in Kansas City too much exertion over an extended period of time can lead to persistent damage to the cardio vascular and arterial system. When the heart is not allowed to heal after continuous workouts it can result in patchy scarring of the heart, abnormal heart rhythms and coronary disease and the effects could be severe.
Too much can be. One should have sufficient food and water taken before taking any strenuous exercise.
It's not unless you do things too strenuous. Exercise is encouraged.

Such garments interfere with the evaporation of perspiration and can cause body temperature to rise to dangerous levels.
no this is not true, skipping is a good exercise and does not affect your uterus, however you should stay away from this exercise during menstruation and pregnancy.
Arthritis in itself isn't dangerous. But arthritis is painful, and makes moving painful. Not moving enough can be dangerous through lack of exercise. Pain can also be dangerous through causing depression
Do not go into a diet plan that makes you take dangerous pills or do too much exercise. You just to need eat healthy and do daily exercise. Don't over exercise, as that is bad for your body.
Yes, it is safe to exercise. Trigeminal neuralgia (or Tic Doloreaux) is a condition where the Trigeminal nerve, which supplies sensation to the face, fires inappropriately and so causes pain. It is painful but not dangerous and should not be affected by exercise .
No. And it can be very dangerous. Exercise caution when using this product.
Yes. But is dangerous to be outside during thunder or severe storms.
Yes, very much so!
Every time my Head is Below my "Buttocks" I lose all sense of "Equilibrium" and is especially dangerous for High School Athletes to conduct during "FootBall Training"! ! ! "Uly"
Anorexics do not eat and they excessively exercise. This is a very dangerous - and potentially deadly - method of weight loss.
