3 miles, walking speed is approximately 3MPH
The average man can probably run about six miles an hour. There are some that could run a lot faster than this but others could only run 3-4 miles in an hour so that's how it would average out Taking into account the average, lazy man of todays world i'd say no more than a mile. However this would probably change if a Rottweiler was after them, so circumstances can effect the distance. However its surprising how easy it can be to get into running with just a bit of exercise for the average man.

It depends on how fast you walk. The average walking speed of an adult man is between 2 - 3 miles per hour. Let us take the average 2.5 as the average walking speed and hence the time required would be 200/2.5 = 80 hours if you walk continuously. The time would go upwards as you take more breaks between your walk
If you average 4 miles per hour and manage to keep going for the whole 24 hours without stopping you would walk 92 miles, take the bus it's quicker.

It depends upon the speed of the walker. Typically a fit person will walk at 5 km per hour. I think a fit person could manage over 6 km in an hour, if he/she does not dawdle on the way.

For the average man, the speed is a little quicker at 3.5 miles per hour, mainly due to their longer legs. Assuming the average pace (a pace is the distance each leg travels per movement) is about 3 to 4 feet, this would equate to about ((3x5280)/3)= 5280 paces per hour. About 1one or two steps per second.
