You must park 5 feet away from a driveway.
4 Feet from either edge of driveway.
4 feet
I believe the law is 5 feet on either side. Can someone confirm? It is not an issue of "blocking" as some think. It is an issue of ease of use for the individual who owns the drive. Just because someone can get out of their drive, does not mean you are far enough away. NOTE: If someone breaks the law and parks too close to your drive in the winter and you slide into them, it is your fault, not theirs.
You cannot block the driveway unless it is your driveway and no other tenants live there. In most states you must be at least 2 feet from the driveway edge.
Depends on the size of the fire. I will park as far away as I could.
