Amtrak has a train station in Atmore, AL not far from the casino. Unfortunately, service has been suspended from New Orleans to Orlando on the Sunset Limited since Hurricane Katrina damaged the tracks in 2005. They have since been rebuilt and are carrying freight but Amtrak is still trying to decide if and how they will restore service.
In the meantime, there are two options. For those coming from the northeast and middle Atlantic states, you can take the Crescent that originates in New York and disembark at Hattiesburg, MS at 4:29 pm on a daily basis. From there you can rent a car and drive the 2 1/2 hour trip to the casino. If you are coming from the west or Midwest, your best bet is to rent a car in New Orleans and drive the 3+ hour drive to the casino.
