Accoring to just a generic search from le havre to cherbourg said it would be 217 km.
that estimation is not taking into consideration from where and to where you intend to go, and its also assuming you are traveling by land. another aoption is whether or not you are going over water (but i dont think google maps calculates that, but im not sure)
