It does not require service at all. Just make sure that it's clean and you use proper coolant with proper level.
It must be at bottom of the radiator, you should a valve responsible for drainage.
Should be at the bottom of the radiator, somewhere on the passenger side.

Can they? Yes. Should they? No. They are extremely cheap to replace.
Before buying a used Toyota 4x4, you should know the milage, MPG, condition of the engine, when the vehicle was last serviced, and if the truck has ever been in an accident.
Look to the right of the radiator cap, which is at the top of the radiator. You can't miss it. It has a "low" and a "full" line on it and your coolant level should always be between those lines.
