it depends on what kind of weight u want to gain. if u want to gain muscle weight, working out is the only option and this will take longer than 5 days. if u want to gain 7 kg of fat, this is slightly easier. ud have to eat more calories than ur daily needs and not excercise much or at all. chips, fried things, high fat foods r all crucial. however, this would be very unhealthy, so make sure not to keep it up for an extended period of time.
