So I just paid for the repair out of my pocket because I was in too much of a hurry to wait for them to call Olympicare and get the ok to fix my car. I knew it would be covered because it was right there on the contract so I was not worried. When I called to find out what I needed to do to get reimbursed I could not believe how easy it was. I just e-mailed a copy of the repair order from the dealership and I got a check a couple weeks later. Everyone I spoke to was courteous, pleasant, knowledgeable and made me feel as if I was the only one that they had to take care of. In the course of talking with them I found out that I could have called them from the other dealership and they would have ok'd the repair and paid the bill on the spot with a credit card, I will do that next time if if am in that situation again. I don't like spending the extra money on extending the cars warranty but I really like the piece of mind that I have knowing that it is there for me if and when I need it.
