Saix was defeated by Sora in the Castle that Never Was.
Axel destroyed himself to save Sora in Betwixt & Between.
Demyx was defeated by Sora at Hollow Bastion's outskirts.
Luxord was defeated by Sora in the Castle that Never Was.
Marluxia was defeated by Sora in Castle Oblivion.
Larxene was defeated by Sora, Donald, and Goofy in Castle Oblivion.
Roxas betrayed the Organization and returned to Sora.
Xion was eliminated by Roxas, so that Sora's memories could return to Sora.

Besides that, Roxas can be considered as another person, even if his actions and emotions are not his own. So, to summarize, Sora would not be considered an Organization XIII member.
