His unofficial duties is that of a teacher of Buddhism, and that of a person who brings the message of compassion and kindness to all.

∙ 11y agoThe Dalai Lama influenced the world because of his Pilgramages throughout the world and spread of multicultralism. he has also made major contributions by using the technology and people having access to his teachings at all times through his scrips he has written as well as his website. the 14th Dalai Lama has also met up with policial leaders and religious leaders throughout the world focusing more on western society. He also is frequently at world events like the Olympics and the tour de France.

The 9th Dalai Lama's religious name was Lungtok Gyatso. He died at only 9 years of age, and was the first of three Dalai Lamas to die before reaching 20.
