THE SACRED OR HOLY HAS CREATED CONFLICTS BETWEEN THE THREE WESTERN RELIGIONS
The western religions were brought in Africa during the colonial periods and the main aim of these people to bring these religions was to leave safely in Africa Thus politicians say that " the flag followed the cross."

These religions are:

Islamic religion which was brought by the Arabs when they were trading along the cost of west Africa. This religion did not take root as the other two because the Arabs had no this aim of spreading religion but rather to trade.Islam has it root in Saud-arabia and is believed to have been stated early by the prophet of God Ibrahim (RA) and boosted by the last prophet Muhammad SWA. The holy book for this religion is called the Quran which is written in Arabic language, the wholly place of prayers is the mosque which is built according to the direction of mecca and the people following this religion have a helping hand to their follow Muslims
Muslims have allot of rules they are supposed to follow and as a religion is build an five pillars.

The Roman Catholic is another western religion that was introduced to Africa during the colonial time. it has its root in the European countries and it is believed that Jesus Christ is the savior of all Catholics
This religion has its beliefs which are different from those of Islam as a religion as well as the rest of the religions.
The holy place for worship here is the catholic church and the holy day is Sunday.
The holy book here is much different from that of the Muslims and is called the holy Bible which has two testaments the new and the old.
The Anglicans It is believed that this religion separated from the roman catholic due to religious conflicts in Europe how ever Africa it is honoured as a separate religion, though they share the same holy book and they go for service the same day.
However it should be noted that there are so many religions that have come up from the three religions due to some miss understandings and this has caused conflicts among religions.
These conflicts are because of the failure of the people to interpret the holy books.
The kinds of lives we are told to live from the two holy books as well as from the book interpreters has caused conflicts.
The question is What is the holy book? what is the holy day? who is the holy prophet?
How many of us will enter the kingdom of Heaven
The way we answer these question with reference the western religion is different, it is this difference that courses conflicts between the western religions.
The difference in the days of worship.
The difference in the books we use.
The difference in the holy functions we celebrate
The difference in the interpretations of the holy books.
All these make the holy different from religion to religion and as a result the religions conflict.

Because each religion believes that the 'holy' region, or item belongs to them. So each is going to fight over it.

The conflict in Israel today is between which two religious groups?

It depends which "Conflict in Israel" the question is asking about. If it is asking about the Israeli-Palestinian Conflict, the conflict is, strictly speaking, between Israelis and Palestinians which are national groups, not religious groups. However, the majority of Israelis are Jewish and the majority of Palestinians are Muslim. (However, there are numerous Muslim Israelis, Druze Israelis, and there are both Christian Israelis and Christian Palestinians.) If it is asking about Israel's internal political conflicts, they are often between Secular Jews and Religious Jews.

What brought the conflict between the teaching of evolution and religious fundamentalism to a head?

The conflict between the teaching of evolution and religious fundamentalism was brought to a head primarily due to the theory of evolution challenging literal interpretations of religious texts, particularly regarding the origin of life and humans. This conflict was further fueled by the growing influence of scientific advancement and education, as well as the rise of fundamentalist movements seeking to defend traditional religious beliefs.
