If you do then you need to look over Adobe's web site as it is a complex tool and has a learning curve - how steep depends on your current PC / Web Design Skills.
Try doing search on YouTube too as there are video Dreamweaver Tutorials galore on there.
There are also many Dreamweaver Web Templates to give you a head start in Web Design if you have never designed before. Some are free but many are less than €60 - which will save you hours of time.

Dreamweaver is a very versatile web design tool for creating static or dynamic web sites from a very simple 4 page site to a complex full corporate mega site with databases and animation.
