Judaism, Islam and Christianity are collectively known as "Abrahamic religions" because there roots trace back to Abraham.
All religions are monotheistic, which is the belief in the one and only God.
Answer 1
Judaism, Christianity and Islam are, according to the teachings of Islam, one and the same. All the holy Prophets (May peace be upon them all) had been preaching one religion - Islam. The followers of Hazrat Abraham's (AS) off-springs called themselves with the name of Jews (perhaps after Yahooda, the son of Hazrat Jacob (AS). The followers of Hazrat Jesus Christ (AS) assumed the name of Christians. But the teachings of all these religions is based on the same foundation - There is No god, but One Almighty God. Basically the religion is one-Islam.
Answer 2
It could be said that the three are successive religions, each building on the foundation of the previous one. Christianity developed as a sect of Judaism that believed that Jesus was the Messiah. Islam based on Qur'anic Revelation developed from Mohammed's exposure to Jews and Christians in Arabia. The fundamental tenet in all three is that there is only one God and no secondary or commensurate being outside of God.
