The lemon is so more sour than the lime.

If you think about it, a lime is like the "green tomato" version of the lemon. In other words, a lemon is a ripe lime. Because you buy lemons, some of them may be green, and as they ripen, they turn more yellow.

Although you may find a lime that is more sour than a lemon, it will be quite unlikely. The average acidity of a lemon is much greater than the average acidity of a lime so you most likely will not find a lime that is more sour than a lemon.
