no. animal testing is not always accurate because the body structure of an animal is differnet than the body structer of a human being. Hence the results may not be the same.

We don't have the same type of tissues and bodily structures, making it ineffective to test products on animals and having the same results on humans.

∙ 16y agoNO!!!! Animals are so much different than humans, It is hard to tell if something doesn't hurt them, if it could still hurt us. Actually smoking health problems were caused when in the early 1970's beagles were tested on with cigarettes. The beagles didn't exactly develop cancer because, well, they're beagles, so smoking warnings were postponed. Oops. If the test is to put down two bowls of food, and see which the animal prefers to eat, then probably not.
If the test is to see how poisonous a new shampoo is by force-feeding it to rabbits until they die, then I guess it is fairly harmful to the rabbits in question.

∙ 12y agoI don't think that animal testing is beneficial to animals because i think that in most cases it can hurt the animal, get them sick, or even kill them. also animals were not put on this earth to be tested on they are just like us, what if they tested things on you? and don't say that they wouldn't because your not an animal, because that's when pretending comes in. Animals also don't have a say when it comes to animal testing
