How is it true that the position of Darwinism disproved the divine creator and the discourses of the ionian philosophers?

Contrary to a popular notion, the Darwinian theory (Evolution) does not prove or disprove the existence of our Divine Creator. There are people who profess Old-Earth Creationism, which holds that God made the universe and then guided Evolution over long epochs.
In repudiation of Evolution, Young-Earth Creationism holds that God created the universe and living things relatively recently without the use of Evolution.
