Well, I wish all shelters treated all dogs kindly, with respect. I know that there are many shelters in the Midwest that treat dogs very well. In china, the is very much cruelty to animals, including dogs. People are trying to stop this, and they've started to stop them. In Germany, dogs are the kings and queens ( not literally! ). People are allowed to take their dogs into malls, cafes, almost everywhere! In the us, the is more dog cruelty in the north eastern areas. I hope this has answered your question!
Attention, excitement, could be many things.
German Shepherds can be found at your local pet stores and shelters. Many shelters also have online websites that can tell you what kind of dogs are available to be sold.
