About 20 minuetes a day
The Humane Society of the United States (HSUS) estimates that there are approximately 6 to 8 million dogs and cats in US animal shelters each year. And with that, approximately 3-4 million are euthanized.
An average of 32 dogs die every day because of abuse.
hard to say. not all cases of abuse are documented or reported. There is no national database that has a number. Local shelters will have the number for the animals that they see, but other than that, there is no way to tell.
Because too many people keep breeding them and not enough people get dogs from shelters or rescue groups.
About 20 in each shelter across the US. In a year, 3-4 million.
With our 3 shelter dogs alone, about 15-16 times.
There are probably over 1,000,000 dogs needing a home. There are many shelters around that can house over 500 dogs each, and there are also many stray dogs.
Please seek help through your local shelters. Unfortunately, they do not have many batterred men shelters as they do women shelters. Find a job this will help you get a place to live. No one deserves to be abused.
