oh my goodness. i have this exact queston in my homework and i cannot find the answer ANYWHERE.

Whatever state the mind is in, the body reacts to.If the mind is stressed, the muscles tense causing stress on the on the organs witch can then in turn have to work harder to maintain their natural working order. If the mind is relaxed or at ease, then in turn so are the muscles and organs of the body, enabling them to function more efficiently. The whole process is a chain reaction.Hope this helps....... :)

Physical activity helps a lot. i believe everyone should workout. its so good for you both for your body and mind. When you work out, you get stronger or tone your muscles, you reach goals or milestones that make you feel like you've accomplished something good. this will help your ego and is just a more healthy and better life style all round....put the 1/4 pound burger down and pick up a 20 weight. u wont regret it ;p
