"Samu Social" even writen "Samusocial" are a confusing names , they are neither a SAMU nor a Public Social Aid Service and neither comparable with Red Cross! But Red Cross acts as Emergency/Chronic Social Aid Service in many cases and localions when Public Services give this task to it.
