If you mean the educational system, that influence is fairly limited. There was a system of primary and (for the rich kids) secondary schooling, but Greece was not the only country to have that. Greek boys - girls were not deemed worthy of proper schooling - spent a lot of time in the Gymnasium ( call it Physical Education class) but physical training again was a normal feature of boys' training everywhere in antiquity. It is sometimes thought that Greek kids spent their education sitting at the feet of famous Greek philosophers and mathematicians, but that is a romantic notion. Your family had to be really rich to be able to hire even a moderately famous philosopher of mathematician as a private tutor or to be able to send you to one of their private schools.
If you mean 'in what subjects of education' did the ancient Greek education influence us: one of course is philosophy - although that is hardly a common or popular feature in most of today's schools' curriculum. Others are e.g. mathematics, Biology, astronomy, rhetoric, dancing and the playing of an instrument. Although several of these subjects are still being taught in schools and universities, it cannot be said that the teaching of these subjects today is a result of specifically "ancient Greek" influence.
