It's not. When you replace it or add to it, make your best guess at 50 to70% antifreeze. It helps to add 1/3 water to an empty antifreeze jug & fill up with prestone. Then you have a good mix to use as needed. FYI: The antifreeze properties do not diminish with time, the rust inhibitors do. Replace it as recommended to prevent costlier repairs. CJ.
