I have been with Verity Knowledge Solutions (VKS) for almost half a year now. It is an affiliate of UBS meaning we work as the back-end of UBS. Do not mistake it to be a BPO, its a KPO in the Investment Banking industry.
We are assigned a team and a sector. The learning experience is quite good. VKS are average pay masters considering mammoths such as Goldman. But i think they are at par with JP Morgan, or may be a little less. The work involves long hours (just like any other Investment Banks). Although Saturdays are off, but if work demands, you might be called in for a few hours.
VKS mainly hire graduates from SRCC, Hindu, Venky (all from Delhi), Xaviers (Kolkata) or MBAs from IBS(Hyderabad), TAPMI (Manipal), SP Jain etc.
I feel the management has been trying hard to bring about a change in the culture. Its becoming more friendly for the employees. The managers encourage you to leave as soon as the work is done (approx 7:30pm or 8:30pm, sometimes even later). The seniors are extremely helpful, and make sure we are never stuck with doubts.
The company also arranges regular competitions of Foosball, Table Tennis, Cricket etc.
"Be practical and instead ask the people who have worked and left this company and literally anyone, you will know it by yourself"
Experience can be defined as amount of time (DAYS, WEEKS, MONTHS or YEARS) you've worked in a company and the (knowledge gained).
Tell them that critizism is a chance to learn from a Supervisor or a coworker that has worked at the company longer than you and that you have a thirst for knowledge and want to do the best job possible.
That sentence is incorrect. It could be changed to,He is employed by a company, or He worked for a company, which are sentences having the same general idea.

Besides this, he worked at a telegraph company and an assistant engineer in in his youth, and later as a chief electrician and an engineer in his own right for a telephone company. He later worked for the Edison company, providing them with several patents and upgrading their generators; he was later tricked out of pay for this, and later left to form his own company, where he did much of his research and invention. Later he smiply focused on doing research alone.

Henry Ford worked with mechanics for most of his early life. He worked in a car company shortly before he left to start his own company.
He first worked for the Hudson Bay Company and then for the North West Company. I'm not sure if worked for any one person directly, though.
