You would want to remove it by first spraying it with wasp kill so if a wasp goes out it will die then make shure exactly about 10 minutes go bye then take a long pole with no hollow insides to poke it down with and make sure there is a bucket or wheelbarrel to catch it.

Go to local DIY shop and buy a can of foam wasp destroyer. Under a fiver and very efficient!
