IMHO you can't!! Reduced milk has had all the fat taken out. You could perhaps add a little cream!!

No . it is from milk and chocolate. Whole milk is from cows, not chocolate milk. Chocolate milk is made by a combination of products.

I don't know the science behind it, but from taste, I would say definitely not. No, whole milk is made from raw milk. I know from the full cream milk I have to buy in Egypt, it is pasteurized as it can last for 6 months if not longer on the shelf, so that is a definite difference. I wish I could buy whole milk here!
some whole milk is powder but most whole milk is preservative :D
substitute goat's milk or yogurt made from gaot's milk with your recipe (available at Whole Foods)
