I'm in dying need of an answer to this question as well. I made one mistake in my life and it will forever haunt me because I am concerned about getting a job after I finish college. I am on the same boat as the dude that asked this question because I am an aspiring pharmacist and got in trouble for shoplifting. Yes, a very stupid, selfish, fooilsh and injustice act that I will never commit ever again. It is my one and only charge on my record (which I hope to get expunged) but it is just one too many, and quite possibly the worst type of charge to have on record in relations to getting employed.
