i think this training term means... running 600 metres working 80% of your maximum that you can taking a 5 minute rest before you run another 600m again. i think thats right anyway :) xx
How long the users of the software can tolerate waiting before the software is working again.
That will depend on the location of the fracture and your age. Consult your doctor before beginning or resuming training.
You need to wait at least 48 hours before working chest again, the longer you rest the lower the risk of overtraining
Good to exercise daily but if you do resistence training give each muscle group 48 hours before using it again.

the adaptions of anerobic training are as follows- overload meaning going as long and as hard as possible for example a 400 metre sprint until you are no longer working at maximum (95%-100%). fartleck training-e.g. sprint 100 yards, jog 200 yards, backwards for 20 yards then sprint again.
If you think in terms of training certain muscle groups and are not an advanced trainee, you are likely to experience overtraining, which may leave you smaller and weaker. Curb your enthusiasm for what you do in the gym.What you do in the gym is catabolic; it stresses and tears down muscle. What you do outside the gym during recovery is anabolic. So, allow yourself sufficient recovery time and get plenty of sleep and proper nutrition. The rule is simple: in order to ensure systemic as well as localized recovery, wait 24 to 48 hours after all DOMS (delayed onset muscular soreness) has disappeared before training again.
You should have some first aid training before helping someone, but then again, you can still help someone of you don't have training. You just have to be careful not to try to do anything drastic. Give them some very simple help until someone who can do more for them comes along. Get yourself some first aid training if you can.
