A reader responds: unless you want to develop premature Alzheimer's (a disease which is increasing in huge numbers in the United States, and is seeing huge numbers of younger patients in their 50's and 60's) or if you want to promote the disease to relatives, friends, co-workers, one should never, ever cook anything with aluminum (spelled aluminium in the UK) foil. Ditto one should never cook in aluminum frying pans or cooking pots.
