If you have waived extradition, it should occur pretty quickly. If you haven't waived, or refuse to do so, it may take awhile as both states complete the legalities of getting you transferred back to the wanting state.
No, not with out a warrant
Yes. First off fireworks are illegal in NY State.
No you can not. At least not in New York you can't. My liscense just got suspended, (for the 2nd time) (so i know what i am talking about, i have been through this before), and I can not insure or register a car in my name.
Does new mexico extradite on felony warrants?
They will suspend your license and probably issue a warrant for your arrest.
A New York notary can notarize anything executed in New York. They cannot do so in another state.
As far as I know, it does not. I had a reckless violation from another state, that never showed up on my VA license as far as my insurance company was concerned. Only violations I had received in VA. It is up to another state court to submiss to Virgina DMV. If you have not pay your violation in another state. There COULD be a warrant issued for your arrest (any states) in that state.
It depends on the local and state laws, and depends on the crime. Some felony crimes have no statue of limitation so the warrant would never expire.Read more: How_long_does_it_take_for_a_felony_warrant_to_expire_in_TN
