I'm not 100% sure but I think It can probably go about 2 weeks or 97 hours without water. It is about the same way with us. So that is the answer I thought was right.
Extra-It takes about 3 days to get sick from not drinking water.
to be on the safe side if I were you I'd take the cat to the vet.
