No more than 43 days. I find, for myself, that I can only stay on program for about 28 days, as my brain needs a break from it by then. What I mean is that I start dreaming about having more food, and more variety of foods. If it weren't for that, I could easily go the 43 days, but I just LOVE food too much!! I have lost 108 pounds since last year doing this program with the homeopathic drops. FINALLY, hope for those who feel hopeless!
