They keep as long as you wish.
If you keep them out of a air lock container they can go bad in 1-2 months.
It won't because the seed will be dead

Roasted turkey should not be left unrefrigerated for more than two hours.
Yes. As long as the chicken has been refrigerated while thawing, to keep the growth of bacteria to a minimum, it should be able to safely be roasted.
One of the more common and inexpensive foods fed to squirrels is peanuts. Recent studies however have shown that raw peanuts contain a trypsin inhibitor that prevents the absorption of protein in the intestines, therefore offering peanuts that have been roasted is the better option. However, wildlife rehabilitators in the field have noted that neither raw and roasted peanuts or sunflower seeds are good for squirrels, since they are deficient in several essential nutrients. This type of deficiency has been found to cause Metabolic Bone Disease, a somewhat common ailment found in malnourished squirrels. hazelnut, chest nut and berries are a better option.
AS a former peanut distributor and processor, It is the GREEN peanut that you want to boil!!! RAW peanuts you find in the supermarket are almost always dried and ready for roasting. A friend boiled the dried ones but said it took a very long time. Green peanuts are actually greenish and larger than the dried one. I enjoy the raw-dried as- is, and I'm sure they have additional nutritional value that boiled or roasted do not have .
Ya could, fry them in oil as long as desired. Maybe frying in peanut oil is best.Bake then for as long as desired.I don't think boiling in water will work as that will soften and degrade the peanut.I bet hot-fried-peanuts, when added to jelly on bread, would be an interesting version of the peanut butter jelly sandwich. Yes, as long as your rabbit isn't overweight, peanuts are a good treat for rabbits. Mine loves the peanuts in shell. (Rabbits can digest the shell, don't worry. Even a few salted peanuts are okay because rabbits need salt in their diets.) Petsmart sells a rabbit toy called a Nutty Stick Ball for $2.99 and I find it's a great way to give a treat and a toy all in one
