Steak should not be left at room temperature over two hours. It should be cooked or refrigerated within that period of time.

If it is stored at room temperature, it will be good for a 4 to 5 hours. In direct sunlight or in hotter temperatures, it will only be good for about 2 or so hours.

The dough will begin to ferment after ~5 days; a process that can be avoided by freezing. After fermentation, the bread can still be used, but it may not rise. I have used pizza dough that was in the fridge for 3 weeks... it came out thin crust... but tasty.
